Refunds and Returns

At Torosports, we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. We strive to provide the best customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and return policy below for more information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It should also have all tags and labels attached. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at torosports.orders@gmail.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not send the item back without first contacting us, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any problems.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This will ensure that you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
